Creating a support bundle
Running the support command from a shell collects system logs and configuration data into a single support bundle and automatically submits it to RackTop Support.
Run the following command, support b 1234, replacing 1234 with your ZenDesk ticket number. Your BrickStor system must have internet connectivity for the bundle to be submitted automatically.
If the system does not have internet access, the support bundle will be created in /var/tmp. You can retrieve it using scp and manually attach it to your ZenDesk ticket.
