Creating a support bundle
Running the support command from a shell will create a bundle of logs and configuration information and then send it to RackTop Support.
Run the following command where 1234 is your ZenDesk ticket number. The first command creates the bundle, and the second will upload it to our cloud. Your BrickStor must have an internet connection for this to be successful. If you don't have internet you can retrieve the bundle from /var/tmp with scp and attached it manually to your ZenDesk ticket number.
# support b 1234
# support u 1234
